About
Miami Luxury Agent Index is a public ranking board for Miami luxury real-estate agents. The idea is simple: agents can claim their profile and compete for position on the board through paid Position Value. Position Value is not a rating of an agent's ability. It only determines placement on this public board.
The board
A claimed profile can increase its Position Value at any time. Position Value is persistent. It does not decay. To take #1, you set a target above the current #1 (at least $1 more); a new challenger pays the full target, while an existing holder pays only the difference. The agent with the highest current Position Value holds #1. Anyone can watch the board; agents can compete for position.
What the ranking means
The ranking represents paid placement on Miami Luxury Agent Index. It does not represent professional quality, sales performance, licensing, expertise, client satisfaction, endorsements, or market share.
Profiles
Agents can claim their own profile, or an authorized profile, through the claim process. A profile is claimed once; after that, the owner can return and increase its Position Value as often as they like. Website and brokerage details are optional.
