What we collect
To operate the Index, we collect:
- the agent or professional name submitted when a profile is claimed
- a contact email
- an optional website
- an optional brokerage
- profile information submitted by users
- claim information
- payment and transaction references needed to operate the service (such as the amount, currency, time, and a provider payment reference)
Payments
Payment details are entered with Paddle, our Merchant of Record, not with us. Paddle handles card and billing information during checkout; we receive only a payment reference and the amount, which we use for accounting and to calculate Position Value.
How we use information
- process profile claims
- communicate with claimants and customers
- operate profiles and the public ranking
- process and support payments
- prevent abuse and fraud
- maintain the security of the service
- comply with legal obligations
Who we share it with
- Paddle, for payment processing and related customer service
- infrastructure providers that host the application and store its data (our hosting platform and Supabase)
- legal or regulatory authorities where we are legally required to
Cookies and tracking
The application does not use advertising or analytics tracking. Paddle may set its own cookies during checkout under its policies.
Data retention
We keep profile, claim, and payment-reference information for as long as needed to operate the Index, meet accounting and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to correct or remove your profile information.
