Rules

Miami Luxury Agent Index is a public ranking board for Miami luxury real-estate agents. Agents can claim a profile and, once claimed, raise its Position Value through paid Position increases. Profiles are ordered publicly by current Position Value.

A profile can be claimed once. To claim it, the claimant confirms: “I confirm that I am this agent or an authorized representative of this profile.” Website and brokerage information are optional. We rely on this self-attestation and do not perform third-party identity verification.

A claimed profile can make an unlimited number of Position increases. Every successful payment is recorded as an independent Position Value event associated with the same profile. There is no fixed number of increases permitted.

To lead, you choose a target Position Value: at least $100, and at least $1 above the current #1 (an empty board starts at $100). A new challenger pays the full target; an existing holder pays only the difference from their current value. The maximum target is $1,000,000. The server computes the exact charge, which is shown before payment and again in the Paddle checkout.

Position Value does not decay. A profile keeps its current Position Value until it increases again. A refund or reversal removes the associated Position Value according to the payment ledger.

A profile's current Position Value is the highest target among its non-reversed payments. The highest current Position Value is #1. When values are equal, ties are broken deterministically by the earliest payment, then the earliest profile creation, then a stable identifier. The result is never random.

The ranking represents paid placement on this public index. It does not represent:

• professional quality
• sales performance
• licensing
• expertise
• client satisfaction
• market share
• endorsement

Payments are processed through Paddle as Merchant of Record where the transaction is completed through Paddle Checkout. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and other payment adjustments are handled according to the applicable payment and refund rules, and can reverse the associated Position Value event so it no longer counts toward the ranking.

There are no cash prizes, winnings, redistribution, investment returns, or rewards for occupying a ranking position. A Position increase buys placement on this index and nothing more.

Fraudulent payments, unauthorized claims, impersonation, manipulation of payment records, and attempts to interfere with the service are not permitted.
